Dr. Lucy Lynam MB BCH MRCPI MRCGP

Dr Lucy Lynam (nee Cosgrove) graduated from UCD in 1994. She completed a medical rotation and was interested in cardiology and dermatology. She travelled to Australia and worked in Brisbane for 1 year. She returned to Ireland and embarked on a career in general practice completing her vocational training in general practice in London. She has an interest in preventative medicine and women’s health and family planning.

 

Lucy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She plays football with St Finian’s gaelic football for mothers and others. She also enjoys sea swimming and tennis.

Dr Sarah King MbBCHBAO MICGP DRCOG DCH DME

Dr Sarah King graduated from University College Dublin in 2006 and is on the specialist register with the Medical Council. She is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners. She completed her internship in St John’s Hospital in Limerick and The Mater Misericordiae Hospital in Dublin. She worked in the emergency department of a Sydney hospital in Australia and then completed the Mid Leinster General Practice training program working in obstetrics, gynaecology, paediatrics, psychiatry, ENT and general medicine.

 

She has been working as a general practitioner since 2012. Additional qualifications include diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology, diploma in children’s health and diploma in medicine for the elderly. Sarah has a special interest in women’s health. 

She is married with three children and enjoys tennis and coaching GAA.

Our practice nurse Siobhan RGN has over 24 years’ experience and has been with our practice for over 10 years.  She has a keen interest in chronic disease management, women’s health and baby’s health.

 

Our practice management team are a necessity to the smooth running of our practice, Jacinta helped us to set up the practice in 2005 and Sarah-Jane has been with the practice for over 10 years. With a passion for organisation and efficiency, they help us to modernise and move forward.
